sunday stroll

We have been super busy this week! We've had doctors appts, dentist appts, breakfast and swimming with Boompa and Baba, church mission opportunities, meetings at school, and the list goes on. We've been happy, but busy :)

Last Sunday evening we took a walk on our town's greenway while Hubs was running. Our exercise was cut short when the kiddos decided to wade in the creek.

AP picked this branch that had acorn-like things growing on it. She kept asking if we wanted to feel her "nutty balls" :)
Hubs tried to ride C's bike back to the trailhead. He was just a smidge too big.

It was a great relaxing Sunday evening to precede this busy week!

Last night we made it home after a great week long vacation on the gulf coast. No oil in sight. We had a relaxing and fun time with great friends. And, as always, had to return home too soon! I took a million pictures, but here are a few more from our fun on the 4th. We had dinner at Margaritaville. We were caught in a rain shower on the way there, that is why Hubs shirt is wet, but I thought it was a cute picture anyway.

There was a fireworks show from the pier.

And we had our own party in the condo :)

We made it to the beach before the oil (hopefully, friends tell me it may be hiding!). We enjoyed celebrating the 4th at Margaritaville and watching the fireworks from the pier.
