Ten Ren Fest

This Memorial Day weekend has been super busy!! The Crush played Thursday night and Friday night (and won the city championship! But more on that later).  Saturday we worked the concession stand all day, then had dinner with friends.  Sunday was full of church, birthday parties, cookout, and family wiffle ball.  Today we spent the day exploring the Tennessee Renaissance Festival.  We had never been before and it was pretty neat!  We toured the castle of the man who owns the land and started the festival.  He and his wife actually live in the castle.  We watched one round of a jousting tournament, watched knife throwers, ate interesting snacks, and observed some very strange people!

We are also very thankful this Memorial Day weekend for all those who have served and continue to serve our country!
