I'm linking up with Jeannett at Life Rearranged for InstaFriday, sharing little snippets of life captured with your cell phone over the last week.

This week AP had 2 days of gymnastics team camp, which left C and I with 2 days of "dates" as we like to call them :)
On Wednesday we went to a movie and to lunch with Nanna.
Then on Thursday we hit a new greenway for a bike ride/run. C and I really enjoy the same things, it's crazy. We could have walked, talked, and explored there for hours.
One really cool thing about this greenway if you are a 9 year old boy, is that you can race the trains that run parallel to the path.
"Did you see me going as fast as the wind would take me, Mom?"
You can tell that he is used to the mamarazzi because he said "Hey Mom, I'm in a picture frame. Take my picture!"
I'm not a fan of defacing property, but couldn't help but think this graffiti artist was pretty talented. The fairly new greenway was probably not his/her best choice for a canvas, though.
After our exercise, we were super sweaty, but decided to go the library anyway since we were right next to it.
After C chose 5 new books, we decided to go up to the second floor outside deck and just relax and read. Did I mention we really enjoy the same things?
We read there for an hour.
A whole hour of uninterrupted, cool breeze blowing, good book reading time.
Then there was lunch,
and a clearance science experiment find at Homegoods that was "amazingly epic" according to my little man.
Good times with that son of mine.
Good times.
