Things that make me laugh

Just a few things that have made me laugh this week, and I'm sure my kids have no idea why :)

One morning this week, I saw C playing with a candy wrapper in his car seat.

So I did what any mom would do and said, 

"Let me see your tootsie roll."  

Then I snapped this picture and laughed out loud to myself.  The kids thought I was crazy, I'm sure, but what child of the 80's wouldn't laugh at that? 

(For anyone reading that doesn't know, that was a line in a popular rap song)

 

And I gave AP's teacher fair warning before I sent her homework in this past Friday.  

She was practicing writing sentences and then illustrating them.

Those look just like 5 sailboats sailing, right?
