Go Guard
The National Guard was at the high school that I work in promoting enrollment yesterday. They have a race car of sorts that they take with them to these events to attract the boys I think. As I was walking out of the school, the recruiter told me that he needed a break from taking pictures of dirty boys with his car and wanted to take a picture of a pretty girl. Sweet....or creepy? I couldn't decide. I did let him take my picture, but then I cut the small talk and high tailed it outta there. I did get a souvenir necklace with the secret code to look at my picture online. So, here I am posing by a race car....

Interestingly enough at the movie Josh and I went to tonight, there was a music video -- very contemporary and current -- being shown and available for free download, but none other than the National Guard. It was a really cool video and Josh wanted to come home to download it. It's interesting to see how heavily they are "marketing" these days.
ARGH -- I keep forgetting to log out as Vikings Fan. Anyway, Josh's team won the Superbowl today so I've been a bit over the top with it all (against White House, no less).
