And guess what came in the mail today? AP's passport!
We witness a miracle every time a child enters into life. But those who make their journey home across time & miles, growing within the hearts of those who wait to love them, are carried on the wings of destiny and placed among us by God's very own hands. ~Kristi Larson~

Taking Care of Business
Our fourth (not third, I was wrong earlier) post placement report has now been notarized, certified, and authenticated. You fellow adoptive parents will appreciate the mild panic attack I experienced when I walked in the room to see AP taking the gold seal off the authentication page and saying "I like it pretty sticker!". I think I got it back on straight, though :) Our photo pages are added and it is ready to be sent out tomorrow.

It took forever to get it. I was really starting to worry because she and I sent our applications in on the same day (mine had to be renewed) and I've had mine back for over a month now. So if anyone out there was wondering if your child can get a passport without paying for that expensive certificate that says they are a citizen first, then the answer is YES. Having her passport now means we can start the countdown to........ MEXICO! We are cruising there shortly after New Years!

I would have died if I walked in and Bryson was taking the seals off!!! Yeah, your PPP is done. A cruise, that sounds so wonderful!
Whoo hoo!! We just got our kid's passports in the mail too (but they came pretty quickly). We're hoping for a Disney cruise in the spring. And yes, no certificate required.
