We witness a miracle every time a child enters into life. But those who make their journey home across time & miles, growing within the hearts of those who wait to love them, are carried on the wings of destiny and placed among us by God's very own hands. ~Kristi Larson~

What Teachers Are Made For
Yesterday when I picked C up from school he was sporting a bandaid on each knee. He went on to tell me all about how he fell on the playground and his teacher took him inside to get cleaned up and put bandaids on his boo-boos. I told him that I was glad that Ms S was there to take care of him when he was hurt. He said "That's what teachers are made for, to take care of bloody children."

That is SO darn cute! And Happy Gotcha Day, C! The time sure does fly.
What a funny boy. I keep thinking I wish he and Mason could get to know each other better- I really think they would hit it off.
Well, as a teacher, I can say wholeheartedly...your child is brilliant. That is EXACTLY what we are made for!! LOVE IT!
I go back today to teaching preschool two mornings a week. Glad to know what I'm there for. :) What a smart boy! And cute too!
