We witness a miracle every time a child enters into life.
But those who make their journey home across time & miles,
growing within the hearts of those who wait to love them,
are carried on the wings of destiny and placed among us
by God's very own hands.

Precious Gifts
I have mentioned our sweet elderly neighbors on here before. They have adopted our kiddos as their grandchildren. Mr. Gene is a woodworker and has made C a toolbox and AP a table and chairs. He recently made C a stool that we painted to match his room and AP a great bookshelf!
Then the sweetest of all, Ms Martha brought over handmade quilts that she has been working on for them! Are these not the most precious gifts ever? AP got a little Dutch girl pattern and C's is a little Dutch boy. The kiddos love their new blankets!

My grandmother made a quilt like AP's, she called sunbonnet sue but it's the same pattern... So cute!!
That's so great to have such good neighbors and they do really great work too!!
Gosh, the kids are growing like weeds! How kind to make those quilts for the kiddos...love the pics of them curling up under the quilts. Too, cute!
OMG--those quilts are awesome! You lucked out with the neighbors that are like grandparents. How sweet!
