Yesterday I had to give our oldest dog the Heimlich. That is something I hope to never have to do again ever. It was scary there for a few minutes. He wasn't breathing, was foaming at the mouth, and started shaking. You could tell he was completely panicked. I'm sure I didn't do everything right, but somehow he got unchoked.
He was rewarded for all that discomfort by getting to go on a ride through the carpool line to pick C up!
